- Pre-Purchase Exams: If you're planning on buying a horse, it's vital that the horse is examined before you buy. These exams include:

- Ultrasounds
- Geriatric Care: Older horses can face their own issues. We like to catch these issues before they become a problem. Any horses over 15 years old should have an exam and bloodwork to establish baseline vitals.
- Lameness Exam: We evaluate their physical movements and use techniques to identify the sources of lameness.
- Equine Surgery: Surgery is performed for the following reasons, but more difficult surgeries may be referred to a specialist:
- Castration
- Biopsy
- Laceration repair
Specialized Horse Procedures
- Chiropractic Care: Spine adjustment can help issues you've noticed during riding. For athletic horses, it can improve stride, comfort under the saddle, and longevity of their career.
- Ultrasounds: We use ultrasound to examine soft tissues like tendons, ligaments, reproductive organs, lumps, and tumors.
- Digital X-Rays: We use digital x-rays to see and abnormalities in the bone, including arthritis, fractures, OCD, and bone cysts and infection. We provide immediate images that can be enlarged and manipulated better than traditional x-rays.
- Tonometry: To diagnose glaucoma and uveitis, we use intraocular pressure on the eyeball to ensure eye health.
