Appointment Policy
To allow time for all scheduled procedures, we function primarily by scheduled appointments. The exception is emergency situations, which have top priority. On occasion, appointment delays may happen due to these emergencies, but we work hard to make sure our appointments are on time.
We do offer drop-off appointments. You're able to bring your pet in at a convenient time and leave them with us for a couple of hours. This allows us to be flexible with our scheduling and means you don't have to stay and wait with your pet. Once we're done with the appointment, we will call you to go over our findings and treatment options.
Patient Arrival Policy
Each animal that is brought to our clinic must be up to date on vaccinations. We also ask that all pets are in restraint for the safety of your pet, our staff, and other animals and their owners. This could be a leash, pet carrier, or pet cage.
Payment Policy
Payment in full is required at the time that services are rendered. We offer a variety of payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, personal checks, Care Credit, and now Scratchpay.
